I have been using Raley's pharmacy for 15+ years. In that time I have encountered nothing but exceptional customer service and tolerance towards all customers. Heck, there was one incident that I observed when they had a small backup of customers waiting. We all patiently waited except one man who decided to LAY DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AISLE ON HIS BACK. When it was his turn he continued to lay on his back and from that position talked to the counter clerk. That clerk did not react to him, but kept her cool and continued to help him.

Poor customer service. Pharmacy Employee refused to assist injured customer with important information about their prescribed medication.
