I understand that the current pandemic influences how business is conducted, but the matter of waiting over an hour for a food order that never came and required me to go inside the facility to inquire about our meals to find out they had run out. This could have, should have been conveyed in a manner where people are not lined up waiting for food that wasnt available. BAD FORM PEOPLE!!!!
All personal were extremely professional and followed safety protocols.
Waited over an hour for a Turkey dinner: they ran out of the Turkey dinner so this was over an hour in the car. I ordered a club sandwich and cheese Enchiladas. The Enchiladas were very hard; no silverware. I called Quality inn and asked for a refund. I got my refund.
Actually didn't stay the night in the hotel but talk to the people that run it and they were great and helping on directions and other things
