Comfort Inn Gallup I-40 Exit 20

The room was fine, but no towels in the bathroom. No hot breakfast. A Orange juice and a granola bar. That is what they had for the take-away breakfast.

Room was very clean. I check for cleanliness at every hotel I stay in. I pull down the bed, remove the corners of the sheets and lift the matress. The whole room was spotless. Welcoming staff. Great place to stay. Fair price

I am a diamond elite and they doubled charged my credit card . Talked tonThe GM a week later to get a refund. She wouldn’t acknowledge she was the GMnUntil I asked 4 times . Just what can I help you with ? Rude ..... take your valuables in n your room don’t leave in vehicle. Try not to deal with Amelia the Manager and you made get have a half decent stay!

I usually don't leave reviews until after I leave, however this place is awesome. Customer service is A++!! Clean rooms. Priced well. Amazing water pressure. Fridge in room which is larger than a mini fridge. Microwave. Many items (soaps, shampoo, show polish, shower cap, soaps, etc to use during your stay. Definitely recommend.

RE: General Manager Comfort inn in Gallup New Mexico Rude and Unprofessional BehaviornOctober 2020 was traveling from Atlanta Georgia to Arizona and stayed each night at a different Choice Privileges Hotel. Somehow ended up with two hotels booked on the same night one in Elk City Oklahoma and the other in Gallup, New Mexico. (Not sure if it was my error or system error as I caught another booking error and when talking to choice privileges the customer service rep said that he had just had another customer with booking flaws in their system)….nBe that as it may I ended up with two bookings on the same night, 567 miles apart. The one reservation was supposes to be for the next night at the Comfort Inn Gallup New Mexico. When I arrived the next night at the Comfort Inn Gallup I found my head no reservation and had been charged for the previous night because of a no-show (course my assumption was it was for the night I showed up) I asked if they could help me out it's either a refund or preferably free night as I was planning to stay there that night anyhow. I was told they could not help me.nSo I called Choice Privileges thinking they could help; and while they agreed with me, they said they could issue a refund, that only the General Manager could do that and that I should contact him.nSo I called, he was not available I left my phone number and the Choice Privilege case number and waited two days with no return call. So I called again and was told he had just left so again I left my phone number and again days went by with no return call. So after several days I called again and asked if he was in and was told yes they would transfer me and my call went to his voicemail. So a week went by not being able to get through or receiving a return call (being ignored) so I called Choice Privileges again and talked to Henry from their customer service who called twice and couldn't even get the hotel to answer. He said he sent the information to the general manager of the comfort inn Gallup New Mexico and that the person at the front desk said that the manager would be in after 8:00 the next day and that I should call to talk to him then. So once again I called and was told he was not available (again ignored) so I called back to Choice Privileges they called and said the general manager didnot speak to them either but told the front desk person they would not help me or refund my money..... very unprofessional. There seems to be no recourse for Choice Privileges or for the Customer just very unprofessional behavior from the General Manager at the Comfort Inn in Gallup New Mexico.nWill never stay there again and may never stay at any Comfort Inn if this is the way they treat Choice Privilege Members. (Henry @ Choice Privilege told me that I am a Platinum Member) but that does not seem to matter to the General Manager at the Comfort Inn in Gallup New Mexico.
