Extremely rude staff. If you are going to offer Tesla chargers the least you can do is offer a public restroom. Yes it is a pandemic... so hire a janitor to handle more thorough cleanings so that people don’t need to urinate in your parking lot like I saw happening. Extremely disappointed in the woman at the front desk, the manager, and overall the hotel brand for choosing to represent themselves in this way. I will avoid this hotel at all costs and encourage other Tesla owners to do the same.
The good. Very clean and we'll organized. Mask mandate seems to be enforced. Rooms are clean and generally well appointed.good beds and bedding.nnThe bad. Grab and go breakfast is poor. No coffee maker in room. No cups or glasses in room.
Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable.nCons: No coffeemaker. No disposable cups on bathroom. Refrig temp controller missing. Unable to regulate cooling in room despite lowering thermostat. Too warm!!
Staff was very direct and professional, room was very clean and I loved the theme. Comfortable and relaxing hotel vibe. Pool was closed and that wasn't great but understandable, my new go to when I'm in town!
Excellent hotel and a great location! The Tesla Superchargers in the parking lot are fantastic and very efficient. The staff at the hotel are friendly and the rooms are super clean! Best choice in Gallup!
