I wish I could do 0 or even negative stars but have to pick 1 at least. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are plenty of places around the same price within a mile. The guy/owner at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude and just not a pleasant person to deal with. The 45min it took to check me in (with an online reservation) was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm trying to give this man 200 bucks and he was nothing but a complete jerk. I wish I hadn't already paid or I would have probably punched the guy and went somewhere else.. DO NOT STAY HERE.
For the price it's great! Everything was clean and reasonably new. The lady at check in was friendly and had a positive vibe. I'd stay here again next time i pass through Gallup.

My room was so disgusting I slept in my clothes, put on a winter hat and didn't even use the bathroom. I would have fought him on my $42 except he probably needed it more than I did.
The room is ok but the bath tub is plugged up, in room 116, 1 of 3 light's in the bathroom is out and 1 in the room.
