Aug 16, 2020nnI went in to refill my prescription Creon, I take this medicine every time I eat a small snack or meal. If I don’t take this pill when I eat I get sick due to pancreatitis. My initial visit was on a Thursday to refill the Creon. They said it would be ready the next day (Friday) at 11am.nI went Friday at 2pm and they stated my prescription was NOT ready because I was out of refills. They stated they had already sent over a request for my Dr to renew the refills. On Sunday I ran completely out of my medication. I went into the Walgreens at approximately 1:15pm and the pharmacist tech assisted me, and she was very nice and she explained they were waiting for the refill from my Dr. I then explained the situation I was in (being the weekend, I was completely out, I initially came on Thursday, I need this medication every time I eat or else I get so sick!) As the Pharmacist came by the Tech asked her if “they can get me an emergency supply.” She replied back “no.” I then asked 2 more questions asking “what can I do to get this medication for just a day supply.)And “if I can go to another pharmacy and get an emergency day supply?” Both times the pharmacist just stated “no.” (Very rude, did not say why) The customer behind me expressed how rude she was and the Tech then apologizes to me saying sorry about that” I than just walk away frustrated. I turned around and went back and asked the pharmacist for her name. She gave me her name and was so rude she stated “ I don’t have any supply of that medication and we don’t keep it on the shelf because it’s so expensive.” Me: then why didn’t you just say that and explain it to me and you were being so rude and unhelpful, the only thing you stated was “no”. Pharmacist: well come back after 2pm we are going to lunch and I’ll see if I can help you. After this I just walked away.nnHow was I supposed to go back after 2, when I was there clearly before they went to lunch. Worst experience at Walgreens ever! I will never go back to fill my medication there. Switching pharmacies now! I also called corporate on this lady. I couldn’t believe she was no help and how rude she was. She seriously should not be working with customers! She’s no help to people who are sick and having health issues and need medication to get through their lives. And by the way I picked up the emergency supply an hour later at another Walgreens!nnEvery time I go to get this medication they never have it in stock. They always make me go back the next day after it “should have been ready” to pick it up. It’s always something with this pharmacy! They need a new pharmacist manager because that lady isn’t running it right!!!

Loved the old staff. Your new staff members are rude and unwilling to help when i explained my problem. I called again in the morning and Praise God for Allison, she helped right away no problem. My daughter has even had problems picking up my meds at drive thru. Wonder if its the same girl.

I can’t believe how prejudice these people are at the pharmacy. Every time I have to pick up my prescription, it’s always something, questioning why my doctor prescribes me the medicine she does and asking me what’s wrong with me that I need to be taking this medication. I’m sorry that was very unprofessional. I officially will not go back to this pharmacy, ever. These people don’t deserve even a quarter star. I only wished that there wasn’t judge-mental people in this world, but unfortunately there is. I will keep praying for your eternal soul.

I recently starting going to this Walgreens because it is near my home. It takes me slightly out of my way than the other location (on Coors and Ladera), but I prefer it because it is clean, has easy access (entry/exit points), an open and clean parking lot, and is very well lit.nnI seem to go when it's not that busy so there isn't a whole lot of Staff, but the Staff that is there is very pleasant and courteous.nnThe shelves seem to always be well stocked and full of items needed for my particular visits as well as some extra fun things to pick up.nnI cannot emphasize enough how clean and open the interior of the store is. It's very new-looking and open.

Pharmacist was considerate and professional. After a brief wait, she told me I could stand in line and by the time it was my turn at the pick up counter my prescription would be ready. And it was! Appreciate that little savings of my time.
