Walgreens

Walgreens is very convenient for me , from where I live.. I'm usually in there early in the morning, about every other day, but today I was in there around 12:30pm. Today, The lady in the Liquor store part.. She is very rude.. May be she was having a bad day??.. has bad attitude. , she acted like she wanted to argue, with me. There is more to say, but anyway the last thing is I was getting ready to cash out, when the credit card machine wasn't working yet. I told her it isn't working yet. Then she told me make it work. I Didn't want to say anything, to make a scene.. But she finally pushed the button to get it to work. Anyway she was very rude. I should have said something to managers. I not going back in there anymore I will go across town first... lost a very good customer......

This location has rude employees and your almost scared to even ask for anything because of the attitude that you get because they have to do their jobs. Also every time I have tried to print through their app their photo booth is always down and they don’t even bother to contact you to tell you.

I could not count the number of times I had to call in a med multiple times only to be told they never had any record of my previous calls, the times I was told a request for a prescription refill had been sent to my doctor only to find out the doctor had never received anything, the time they wouldn't fill our order because they said we needed a new prescription even though we had 10 refills left, the way we were told that our med was out of stock and would be delayed...every single time we've ordered it. And there was that time the associate on the phone was so rude I finally just hung up even though he had never bothered to answer my question.

Great place to get supplies

Some of the female employees are very rude and extremely condescending. I would highly recommend a customer service training.
