Walgreens

We just moved near this Walgreens a few months ago and everything’s been just fine for us. Great service and even received our 2nd shingles vaccine here. Prescriptions are prepared quickly.

I have never had a good experience coming here. They are very slow, but that is the least of my complaints. Twice they got my prescription wrong and then the burden is on me to go back and forth between my doctor and the pharmacy to get it right, which is a pain. Also, they don’t always have the prescriptions I need. This isn’t usually a big problem, because I can wait for them to order it, but when my son needed eye drops for pink eye immediately they said it would be filled in an hour, which turned into 3. I called back to find out what was going on and they told me they didn’t have it and would call around to find it at another pharmacy. Another few hours later and my sons eyes swelled shut and when I called yet again to see if they found his medicine they didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to call my sons doctor and have them send the prescription to a different pharmacy to finally get it. These kind of things are really frustrating, but what makes it so much worse is how the people I’ve interacted with at this Walgreens talk to their customers: like you’re stupid and annoying. It’s dehumanizing and unprofessional.nnI would not recommend this pharmacy to others.

This is the location closest to my home. The people in the store are all very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy staff however is not. There is one woman who is just down right rude and bothered when you need help. There are times when I dread having a question just because I know I will have to deal with her.

If I could I wouldn't leave them a big fat 0. 2 weeks ago I had my dr send a prescription in and went to go pick it up only to be told there is a problem and it will be ready the next day at noon. They said I would get a text but that never happened. I called them and go a lame story about how the dr isnt certified with the bps. And I would have to call my dr. My dr is a surgeon so I laugh and said ok. When I called my dr's office they weren't to happy and asked if there was an issue why didnt the pharmacist notified us of it. ??? That's my question to! The dr resent the order and said it was because I have no insurance. But when I go in I get the story they they dont have the order. This started on 1/20/21 and it's now Feb 2nd. Still no medication. DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!
