This is the best Walgreens in town!!!!! The whole pharmacy staff is great! They will do whatever they can to make sure you get what you need and are pleased with your visit! One of the men in the pharmacy knows me just by my voice in the drive thru! I also over heard him greet another customer by name. It has a great hometown pharmacy feel, unlike all the others in town. You can tell it has great management! They all know what they are doing and are on the same page. I’ve been to all of the Walgreens in pueblo to get meds and this one is just outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about it. All the other employees throughout the store are nice as well.nn... I have a 24 hour Walgreens, in town about 2 min away from my house, and for two years (of getting many rx) I had problems Everytime! I would rather drive 30 min just to go to this one.nnIf you get to pick what one to go to choose this Walgreens!

Real bad experience with staff for covid shot they are all out of sinc just waiting around with heads cut off didn't even know they had people waiting very unprofessional .

Pharmacy is absolutely TERRIBLEnHad an order for my prescription (Nausea medication bc I’m pregnant) came by and they said it would be ready in an hour. I left and came back a few hours later they said they didn’t have it but they would order it and it would be in the next day. I didn’t have time until 2 days later and came in AND THEY STILL DON’T HAVE IT. They offered to call to see if it was up north but I was so annoyed I told them I don’t want their help (bc they’re incapable) I’ll have my dr call it in elsewhere. I hate this pharmacy and will never be back.

Sean - The Pharmacist - Has a habit of refusing to fill prescriptions because he isn't competent enough to contact the source of the script to get it corrected. Instead, he takes pleasure in telling customers he can't fill the scripts and won't do it until it is corrected. He causes more stress and worry to the customers than is necessary and should take the initiative to let them know he will happily work to resolve the issue. However, despite one person rendering bad service (which impacts the entire team), the store itself is always neat, clean, and orderly. The staff is very helpful, professional, and honest.

Extremely helpful, very patient, and had no problem helping me. It is always clean and they seem to really enjoy helping and educating their customers.
