Outstanding experience at this park! Friendly staff, plenty of space to park all size rigs. Everything worked in laundry room and store was well stocked. Being on the river was great - nice walks morning and night. The private lake had a great trail around it for our dogs and everywhere they had complimentary doggy pickup bags and trash cans. The camp lights were kept low enough you could witness breathtaking stars. Overall 5*****.

Office staff was exceptional! Never have we experienced such friendly and accommodating people. Bathrooms are clean. Way better showers than our own home. Close to downtown Pagosa. The shop had anything and everything you could have needed and was reasonably priced. Campsite is very spacious and you even get to have your own preference among 20+ sites.

The sites we had were on the opposite side from the river of the camp ground by a bunch of nice big trees which provided us with plenty of shade. We were close to the store/entrance which was also nice for grabbing bags of ice or other items we forgot/ran out of. The 2 sites we had weren't big by any means but my brother in laws and sister in laws site was a little bigger since it was on a curve which provided us with plenty of room between the two sites (we were next to each other). Overall if you want to be close to town (this campground is just outside downtown Pagosa Springs by like 2.5 miles) but also at a nice quite site. This campground was a great place to relax after a fun day of tubing, fishing, hanging out at the hot springs, etc. We spent a week in Pagosa Springs and the entire family had a fun trip and really enjoyed camping here at Pagosa Riverside Campground!

Very nice place, clean bathrooms, very nicely stocked store with reasonable prices. Very peaceful by the pond or by the river, very quiet at night, not much highway traffic noise. Dog friendly with multiple pet stations with pet waste bags. Very helpful staff, nice horseshoe pits, very nice laundromat with quick drying driers and TV room with books and games. Close to town if driving.

Excellent location, very beautiful; great hosts, very attentive. Made certain we had everything we needed. Treated me like we had known each other for 30 years.
