Definitely worth every penny! Our room was clean and very spacious. Rooms are a little outdated but very homey. The pools are an amazing experiences and are included with your stay. The hot tubs have a 30 min rotation rule to allow everyone to be able to soak and relax which I thought was genius! For those travelling with children, our 8 and 7yr old loved the pool and it's big enough for them to be able to enjoy themselves without disturbing other guest. Overall we've had a great experience!!!
The locals favorite soaking waters. Relaxing and serene, with a comfortable welcoming feel. Love this place! I also highly recommend getting a massage here. Amazing massage therapists! Truly a healing place.
What a great alternative to Springs Resort across the street. Much better pricing. Fantastic customer service. Great cabin with full kitchen, lovely porch and plenty of space to stretch out after soaking in their tubs. Be sure and get a massage. Sandy and Sarah are amazing massage therapists.
Abby was AMAZING!? She went above and beyond to accommodate us!! From my phone call to check out our vacation was amazing!! Rachel was friendly and very helpful! We stayed in one of the cabins and it was very clean, comfortable and we enjoyed being able to make our own dinner and our own breakfast! It was definitely worth the price!!! We have met so many friendly people from Pagosa, not just visitors but the locals here are very friendly! We will definitely be back!!
Very nice room very spacious friendly people the pool was great I couldn't handle the overpowering smell of sulfur in that bath house but I'm sure that would have been really nice too. And they were even kind enough to let me know that I had left my phone charger and offered to send it to me. Will definitely be booking more stays at this hotel when we go to Colorado !
