Nice folks...good hometown peeps...will come in during off hours if you can't wait for your medication.

The entire staff at the Willow Creek Pharmacy has been so friendly and helpful every time my family has had a prescription filled there. They have been so willing and able to help with jumping through so many hoops when it comes to insurance issues and Pre-authorizations. They have always had very competitive prices with larger pharmacies on the coast when it comes to out-of-pocket prescriptions. Thank you guys for everything!

The Staff is always ready to help and answer any questions, I am so happy to have all my medications filled at our local Pharmacy. Thanks for all the care and compassion!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at this pharmacy. They often have 5 workers in a tiny space and they don’t even greet you when you come in the door. Furthermore it shouldn’t take 4 phone calls and 3 trips to the store to get medications filled. Often their phones are down. You get hung up on while on hold. They laugh and didn’t apologize when they left me in the consult room and forgot about me for 15 min. Get it together. You may be the only outfit in town but you shouldn’t taken advantage of that. PS your stoned happy pills mural is inappropriate in our current opioid epidemic.
