Updated review: The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. Hostess met us with the bill asking us to add a tip as we arrived (though she was sweet and friendly). Despite only one other room being in use, they asked us to move our car to park in a mud puddle. Bed in the honeymoon suite had a really uncomfortable feather top. The AC was a swamp cooler that's only either on or off and blows directly onto the bed, and the ceiling fan made a worrying amount of creaking as it swayed above you. Water pressure is low, so the jacuzzi tub takes 30+ min to fill. Honeymoon suite has an odd layout that doesn't seem well thought-out (no space to set anything down other than the sink). Breakfast wasn't very good: everything but the eggs seemed microwaved. It was quite clean and we weren't at all uncomfortable with the COVID precautions, though the hostess should wear her mask over her nose.nThis was really heartbreaking, as we came 18 months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hostess (no longer employed there) was lovely and gentle, room was cozy in the winter, we slept like we were hibernating, the breakfast was GREAT, and there was certainly no cigarette smell. Hopefully it will make a comeback.

The entire experience was warm, friendly, inviting and comfortable. Tina was warm. Her enthusiasm was contagious and makes you feel right at home from the moment you pull into the driveway. You can feel the love she has for her job and that she truly wants you to enjoy yourself and escape

We have never stayed the night, but we've gone there multiple times to feed the animals and tour the grounds. Tina has always been warm and welcoming! I've had a positive experience each and every time we've visited!

Wonderful experience. Beautiful surroundings. Tina was gracious and friendly. Made us feel right at home. Desserts and breakfast were delicious. Hope to return in the spring.

My wife and I did a quick 4 day getaway to Bourbon country and we stayed at this wonderful little Bed and Breakfast. The location is fantastic and easily accessible to bourbon tours and some Civil War site. The grounds are stunning, tranquil and quiet and we loved sitting out at night watching the beautiful skies. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. Each morning, we would enjoy a nice home cooked breakfast that did not disappoint. Tina who is the innkeeper is very friendly, attentive, personable, and an absolute joy. I am glad that we chose the Maple Hill Manor for our trip.
