SRS took pictures of the roof.. I was provided with an estimate of the necessary repairs to fix my roof. I was placed on their schedule for repairs. The day of repairs the worker was timely, professional and courteous. Upon job completion, he informed me that he was finished and that a supervisor for quality assurance would be out to inspect the repairs. Upon satisfaction of what was reviewed with me and the before and after pictures of my roof, I provided them with an approval and a check.
Did an incredible job. They did beyond my expectations, for a very reasonable price. I would recommend SRS Roofing to anyone who wants a good, solid job done in roofing repair.nTheir end price was the quoted amount. I was very pleased with all that they did. Every worker, inspector, and the owner were very respectful, kind, never rushed me or interrupted me. I was incredibly pleased at the end of my roof repair job. A++++
The quote was accurate. They were on time everyday. Explained what was done by the end of the day. Presented the materials being used. Everything was done in a timely matter.
Decided to write about my experience when I called the office they would never answer I was just trying to get a quote until I got an answer from a woman and she said she would call me back never did. I went to the location listed in google to test my luck and see if I could get a quote or set an appointment in person and nothing keep in mind it was 2 o’clock and no one was to be found supposedly they close at 5pm yeah right, what kind of unlawful company is this?
Impressed with all aspects: initial inspection / quote, workmanship, and final inspection (done by company's owner). I have already recommended them to my neighbors.
