The service is fair. It is right near my house, so I have taken our bikes in a few times. My 12 year old was upset that his new bike was criticized for being “cheap, from a department store”. Unfortunately, not everyone is rich in Encinitas. We don’t appreciate the snobby attitude, so we will go elsewhere now.
These guys are awesome! They're extremely knowledgeable, patient, and they take their time answering any questions you might have. I shopped down the road in Encinitas at the other bike shop and felt so hard pressed by the sales clerk to purchase a three thousand dollar bike I didn't want or need. Wow! These guys at ride are the best. Thanks you guts for making me feel right at home.
Excellent customer service, took my bike in with a particularly annoying chronic clicking noise. I was worked in on short notice, my problem was diagnosed and resolved on the spot. I couldn’t recommend this store more highly.
