Super friendly and welcoming . As someone who enjoys cycling but isn’t an expert, sometimes the bike shops make for an intimidating environment. It wasn’t the case with Trek. I was in and out in 20-30 minutes with two new tires, tubes and chain.nGranted, it felt a little like when I bring my car in and they tell you all the things you need to do and buy but it seemed reasonable and I hadn’t serviced my bike in some time. I’ll be going back for my bicycle needs.

My sincere gratitude to Bob, Ben, Jason, Christie, and Steve for answering my questions and questioning me to fit my riding style. From getting me on the correct test ride to selecting gear and fitting the riding position on the high tech Guru bike fitting, the experience was professional, friendly, and enthusiastic. I was blessed to have shared this experience with such a great group of people. The remodeled solana beach store looks great, and the staff provide top notch service, listen to what i ask for and help get me back cycling again. Last month I had my Faraday electric bike serviced by Jason at the Trek Superstore in Solana Beach. Faradays are beautiful looking and beautiful riding bikes (as if you are riding with a perpetual tailwind). Faradays are also a bit temperamental and have unique shifters, batteries and the like, requiring a knowledgeable bike mechanic to understand and service them. I could not be happier with the service I got from Jason and his crew at Trek. The bike is back on the road riding and looking good, and Jason gave me a few nuggets of wisdom for how to keep the bike on the road for a long time. Go see these folks, you'll be happy you did. Bob

At the beginning of the pandemic, I dropped off a bike. There was a mis-understanding regarding whether to fix the bike or not. When I followed up, the manager Jason went out of his way to make sure to get the bike ready so my family could get back on the trails.nnHis service and concern was exceptional. He took the initiative to reach out to me and make sure everything went well. Just a fantastic experience in the end.nnI have purchased 5 bikes from this store. I intent to buy another one soon.
