Customer service was absolutely awesome. The gentleman who checked me in was so respectful and helped me with all of the things I needed help with. They gave directions around the hotel to help me find my way around. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I felt at home here and would love to go back again. They run a smooth business here. I can't even express how appreciated and welcomed I felt. They're the ones who deserve the respect and appreciation!
Not very pleased with our stay here. We were cold and tired from being on the bike all day in the rain. We reserved a King size room online. There seemed to be an issue at the check in desk. I felt like we were getting the run around. After 15 minutes of trying to figure it out, we were booked into a room with two double beds....mmmm..no! So they finally gave us the room we reserved, oh and by the way, it was a pet friendly room. It did smell a little doggie, but the real issue was we both had a reaction to the product they use to cover the puppy smell. I didn't feel overly safe here and fretted about our bike's safety most of the night. On a good note I'm sort of a diva when it comes to pillows, they kindly provided us with just the right amount.
Friendly people
So happy we found this hotel on our travels. The staff is friendly and helpful. The newly remodeled hotel is clean and priced affordable. If we come back through this area we will definitely stay here again.
10 minutes after I booked the reservation, the hotel wouldn't allow me to check in stating that reservations were invalid after midnight. When I offered to show the employee my reservation confirmation with the timestamp and that it also said I had until 5am to check in, she told me it didn't matter. They sure charged my credit card though. I had to fight to get that back. What horrible horrible customer service. I've been driving all night and just needed a nap and a shower. Now I'm stuck with no hotel. I'll never try to stay with this chain again.
