Bicycle Warehouse San Marcos

When I first went to the San Marcos store I was quite skeptical about spending $450 on a bicycle. But after speaking to the staff there I was really happy to purchase a bike from them. They weren’t pushy and took the time to teach me about the bike and how to look after the bike. They also taught my husband how to ride At the age of 40 and they were really courteous. I feel confident that I will be buying from them again, great store and great stuff at the San Marcos shop.

It's tough to get a bike these days, but BW made it easy with their online interest form. I filled it out and they notified me when the bike I was looking for was ready. We bought the bike once notified and these guys had it ready to go in under a week. Staff was really cool and helpful. I would definitely use them again. I just reread my review. It's real. I wasn't paid. I just really enjoyed my experience with them. Hope this helps!

This place has top notch customer service. We brought in our kids’ bikes and Ryan went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable and friendly plus the prices are incredibly fair. If you’re looking for your go-to bike shop, look no further!

Due to the recent short supply of bikes, I was surprised but happy to find that the employees of Bicycle warehouse told me that a bike could be ordered and would arrive in 2-6 weeks. Once 6 weeks had passed, I was informed that the normal order time is 6-8 weeks and whoever told me 2-6 was mistaken. Fine, two more weeks right? It’s now been 9 weeks and I can’t even get anyone on the phone to find out what’s going on. I understand that order delays happen but it is unacceptably rude and unprofessional to mislead your customer and to not keep them informed of any delays. Additionally, I have never had a single voice message I’ve left be returned.

This place has excellent service!nHad to wait a few minutes to get in due to social distancing procedures, but once inside the staff member listened to my issue and went straight away and hot me everything I needed!nnVery impressed with their customer service
