Always pass by this place finally to kids in for bikes. The guys there were very helpful and real informative on their products. My daughter and my teenage son both love their bikes. Great shop more people should check it out ud83dudc4dud83cudffc

Very friendly staff. they asked questions, listened and helped make the process easy. I bought 2 bikes for my kids and the salesperson (Ian) was attentive and engaging with my kids. he pulled down bikes and helped them choose which would be best for them. Even let them test them out in the parking lot to feel the different sizes. When deciding on style/color, he pulled up images and put side by side to help with the deciding process. The vibe in the shop, even during COVID was friendly and upbeat. there were some people that hung around the outside of the shop (other bike enthusiasts) that just helped with that neighborhood feeling. One bike was built but the other was freshly delivered so they had to build it. it was a quick turn around though and was able to pick up a little later in the day.

Had what I wanted in stock and ready to roll. Courteous service performed expeditiously. The frame I chose was a skosh tall for me which made the seat too high, without missing a beat they trimmed the seat post to fit me. Mind you, this was before I committed to buy the bike. You just don't find many places anymore with that kind of dedication to customer service. There's a reason they've been in business for over 60 years.

Great customer service, very helpful information for a novice trying to get into the hobby. Ended up convincing my brother to buy one just like me. Cant wait to try it out my Giant talon 4

They were amazing! Bought my very first recumbent trike, which I love! They took good care of me there. One thing I considered a plus was they actually had one built for me to try out, which other bike shops didn't. That, my family appreciated. Thank you Scott and crew, we appreciate you!
