I was very pleased with the help Jeremy J. Igarta gave me in choosing the right company and the right system. He was there thru the whole process from beginning to the end. Everyone who was involved from the inspections and determining the correct size of panels to the installation of everything that was done were very friendly and knowledgeable of the product. Was very pleased with the overall installation and service that I received.

Wright Haggerty of Prime Home Solutions is professional and highly knowledge. More importantly for me, Wright was patient, understanding, and always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. It was reassuring to have his help and support, not just during the design and contract phase, but also throughout the entire installation and activation process. You can’t go wrong with Wright. By the way, if you have an older home, make sure you have a carbon monoxide detector. We didn’t so failed 1st inspection. Panels installed August 4th. Received SCE permission to operate (PTO) August 31st.

In the summer of 2018, Eric Juell from Sunworks gave us a thorough presentation about a solar system tailored to our energy needs. His presentation answered all of our questions thoroughly. When Eric presented us with the data on our energy usage over the previous 2 years and showed us our energy usage compared to a next door neighbors usage we were stunned at how much more energy we were using! We delayed the solar system purchase to have an energy assessment done and found we were bleeding heat or cooling in several different ways. We affected repairs and after seeing our energy consumption go down, Eric reassessed and reduced the estimate of the number of panels we needed saving us thousands of dollars. If Sunworks had not shown us the comparison we would have gone on for years not realizing how much we wasted.nnThe project got off the ground by October 2018 and the folks at Sunworks were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. By the end of 2018 our system was producing power.nnOnce the installation started it was a seamless process. Eric and the folks at Sunworks followed up every step of the way. After just over two years, Eric called me and told me Sunworks noticed that our system was producing a little less than the energy minimum that was promised. True to his word, Eric sent me a check to pay us back for the energy difference that was not produced to meet the minimum and said that Sunworks would be looking at our system to find ways to improve production to bring it up to the minimum. Our thanks to Eric Juell and Sunworks for their fine work!

Brent Baker helped us with the purchase of solar on our home and business. He is very knowledgeable and the team was probably the most professional contractor we have ever dealt as far as communication. They showed up on time and promptly delivered exactly what was expected for both projects. We actually got $29 back from PG&E last year.
