This is definitely a place that's a throw back to another era. If one were to stay here they would be able to recall that era in their younger years had they grown up fairly tough. This is not a glamourous place. However it is realitivly clean. The air conditioner doesn't work and the plug has been twisted to plug in to the wall outlet small fire hazard if you were to worry about some trivialities. Their rates nightly are $65 cash. Their weekly rate is about $265 credit card. So if one were despondent and destitute they could afford to stay here weekly for less than $300. If they had the ability to scrape that together every week. I would like to bolster this place with positive commentary and feel good words. On the edge of old Rose Park and on a bad stretch of road it's a place you can rest your bones. It's a good place to get away especially if you don't want to be found. Most people definitely would not look here for you. If I could have been able to give this place lower than 3 stars and still saw its ok I would have honestly givien it a 2.2 star rating.

Worst ever for 65 no remote to tv no ac no soap tissue a little lock where anyone can kick door open all bad bugs have to bleach everything down crazy

Definitely not the best experince management is nice room peaceful
But really need many upgrades they shure not be allowed to operate like this by the city
