Moved here and instantly regretted it. I moved from downtown Denver from a similar loft. I thought I knew what I was getting into, as I have lived downtown in many large cities. I instantly noticed the high amount of drug traffic going on right in front of the building. The homeless shelter is directly across the street, which is the cause for a lot of the crime and drugs in the area. I regularly walked out of my front door to encounter junkies shooting up on my steps. Many mornings, I would find that someone had used my doorway as a toilet. A truly horrible way to start a day and it happened often. I caught a person rifling through vehicles in the gated parking lot and had a large knife pulled on me when I confronted the man. Shortly before I decided to move, I was awakened as a rock came flying through my window at three in the morning. These are just a few examples of the hell I went through while living here. Luckily, I was able to get out of my lease early bc of these incidents. I would not recommend living here to anyone looking for a decent quality of living.
