Pretty nice atmosphere. It is very clean and nice quality room. However, the beds seem smaller than queen size? Not sure. I am used to a king though. And the mattress is super, super firm. Some people may like that but for at least half of our party, we do not. I did not sleep well at all. It is way to firm for my liking. Hurts my back and then my hips so I tossed and turned all night. We stayed during covid times so we had an option of a paper bag breakfast. Which I feel was super lame. A water bottle, a Granola bar and a fruit bar? We passed. I think for the price people pay for those rooms they could at least provide bagged bagels or muffins and juice. And snacks and hot cocoa in your room for you.

Homey rooms at this top Salt Lake City hotel offer a simple, easygoing stay in the city. They’re clean and comfortable, and each one is equipped with its very own kitchen and lounge area. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served up each day (alongside the morning newspapers). Guests also have the option to play a game of tennis at the hotel or hire a bike to explore the city by pedal power. Location: Situated under a mile from the Tabernacle, the Salt Palace Convention Center is just yards from the hotel – as are a selection of bars and restaurants.

First room we walked in was in disrepair, we walked in and the vent in the ceiling was open and there were towels stuffed in it as the AC was broken. We were "upgraded" to a suite and wow...this place is absolutely filthy! Do believe the other reviews you read! I wish I wish I could post pictures of this place. Windows, door handles, dishwasher, floors, anything you can think of is dirty. I'm surprised Marriott allows this hotel to remain in their line. The elevators look like lots of people sneezed in them or vomited on the walls. The halls smell...just wow

Worst I have ever stayed at. There were only one facial towel, no body wash, no extra toilet paper and the current one is almost out, dishwasher still has the old dishes in. Digikey wasn’t working. I asked for a non-handicap room, but they put me in a hearing impaired room. The room does not look like it has been cleaned per Covid standard. I a platinum member and am very upset with this hotel

Nice quiet hotel. Need to work on the housekeeping. Dirty towels were left from the previous guest in the room.
