Tamils the G.M. went above and beyond per usual. At this point half of my family has stayed there due to the Covid 19. Couldn't be happy to have such a clean lovely place to stay to visit my 90yr old Mom!! Jason even helped me with my internet! Monika signed me up for the Hilton Honors I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you.
The website should be updated. The gym, pool,hot tub is locked.. the breakfast is not updated its muffins and bagels. I understand we're In The middle of convid but wen you make reservations based on the website.. The girl at the desk was rude manager wasnt around. I'd suggest going else where or make sure u actually talk to someone because they cant update the website
Cosy to stay all year around and stuff very friendly
I stayed here two nights and I found it excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For instance, when I asked them if I can check out my room later they allow me to stay up to 12:30 PM (the normal check out time is 11:00 AM).nThis hotel provide you with a good free breakfast starting from 6:00 AM to 10 AM. The choices are also good. You can have 24 hours coffee and tea in the lobby.nMy room was clean and pleasant with all necessary stuff.nI am not sure about the location of this place to tourist destinations, but there are a few great restaurants nearby (2 mins walking distance) including Italian and Thai ones. This place in about 20 minutes away from University of Rhode Island by car.nAs a conclusion, I highly recommend this place for the money you pay.
Stayed here a few times before and wasn’t bad. Part of a small village with good access to shops. Our last visit however was terrible. Really went downhill! The place is in need of an update — and how about some paint for the guest room doors? They were all scraped up and chipped - looked like a slaughterhouse! Not inviting at all! We even found a spot of blood (yes, blood!) on our bedspread when we arrived. Yikes. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
