I would recommend Best Choice Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. The entire process was easy and straightforward. Brandy does a great job and was extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance adjuster. The installation team was friendly, very competent and very hardworking. My new roof looks great and they did an outstanding cleanup job afterward.
From the start everyone was just great. Jordan West was great helping with dealing with the insurance company, an assessment of my roofing needs. When the installers came, I never seen people work so hard. They were everything I had hoped for. Knowledgeable, skilled and dedicated to doing good work. Love my new roof. We had Hail damage from the storm this spring, I called Best Choice Roofing. Josh Thompson came out inspected the roof called the insurance,and gave us a Great quote. He set up a date and his crew came out at 9am and they where done by 4:30 they did a great job! I couldn't be happier. They made it easy and their crew where fast and efficient they cleaned everything up it was like they where never here EXCEPT I HAVE A NEW GREAT LOOKING QAULITY ROOF.nThanks to Josh Thompson and His Great Crew!
We could not be more pleased with the process of getting a new roof from start to finish with them. It’s been friendly, fast and well done! The office staff and manager are friendly, helpful and easy to work with. The crew that did the roof did a fantastic job. They worked hard, kept the house accessible to do things outside when needed and the clean up was amazing. I think the yard and patio looks better now then when they started. Can’t say enough great things!! If you need a roof, use this company! You won’t be disappointed!
It took a year to get my insurance to pay for my roof after 50 shingles came off in a storm. BCR rep. helped me deal with the insurance company providing them information as necessary. It took a year but Brandy helped me at every turn. When they scheduled to put my roof on they were here on time, the roof looks amazing, and the clean up was so good I couldn't even tell they had been on the property.nnI can never thank BCR enough for everything!
