This review is much more of the owner than the boat. The boat was fine but did not live up to pictures. I found another review stating the same but unfortunately was written after I booked. The toilet in the picture of the master bedroom of the yacht is not there, however there is another one. The person I was with and I equally did not feel this was what we had expected and were not comfortable staying. I wrote Neil expressing my concerns and asked for a refund expecting to come to a compromise. I understand he is running a business but part of owning a business is taking some loss. His response was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He called me rediculous, told me his boat didn't have a problem I had a problem and to take it up with Airbnb (where I booked) because he never loses. That concerned me. How many other people have complained that he felt the need to state he never loses? The boats may be great but I do not recommend doing business with this individual.
