Be careful about cancellations. I booked a room to attend a conference but had to cancel due to the pandemic. When I canceled the room reservation, they refused to refund the cost of the say.nI then asked they were willing to apply a full credit to the rescheduled date of the conference. They refused to do that also.
Very convenient Airbnb/apartment style hotel. My one suggestion would be to change out all the fluorescent lighting for yellow, otherwise it's just too harsh on the eyes. But overall very accommodating and helpful.
Had a perfect little Stay-cation with the family. Great apartment, discreet helpful staff... A++
Cancelled a month in advance and did not get a refund. Would not answer emails.
Perfect location to walk the city. Place was super clean and had all the amenities I needed. Real cool historic feel but the suites are modern and the bed was so comfortable. The bar downstairs is lively and has great food. It gets noisy at night but the staff left behind ear plugs so that was a nice touch. Free parking was a huge plus because it’s in the center of downtown and garages cost like $30.
