We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. It was really great experience. Staff is extra friendly and checking on the customer needs every day. Very clean hotel. Service is excellent. We did not experience any unusual activities as heard about the hotels in some reviews.nnI will recommend this hotel 100% to stay. Food and other services are at walking distance. We rented the car but hardly used and everything was in walking distance reach. Views from windows in night are spectacular as we stayed on 14th floor.

Place is excellent and beautiful - not sure on some of the low reviews as they must be liesnI stau here whenever I travel to Providence. Love the updated rooms since they took over from the Biltmore and the property is very well kept.

Went there for a single overnight stay for an event. Place was recently renovated so there's nothing to complain about when it comes to the lodging. Staff was courteous and helpful.nnThe car is driving towards being like a student dorm not sure if I agree with it but that's personal taste
