Downtown hotel with parking garage, close to popular spots. But... tired and it shows. Downstairs lobby is spartan. Elevators are poorly lit. Room is functional, everything you need minus a microwave, but not really appealing painted in a dull yellow. Many wall areas needed painting, furniture finish was rubbed and scuffed. Bathroom was clean though. Tile was in good shape. TV is Direct TV programmed, but not all the channels are clear all the time and the TV dimmed whenever it wanted despite no change to the rooms lighting. Really annoying. Small fridge in the room, but not positive all rooms have one. No food service. The adjoining Starbucks is only open from 7am until 3pm. Snack bar area was poorly stocked with few food choices. Parking is expensive ($27 per day) and not included. Staff was polite and helpful.

Pretty poor Hilton. I understand COVID limitations, but this is a full service Hilton where it is impossible to get a cup of coffee, including at their affiliated Starbucks around the corner, closed every day we would have used it. On-site Restaurant closed too. Property is dated, housekeeping was spotty. Wouldn’t recommend. Front desk staff were all very nice and professional though.

Great stay! The location is awesome and the staff was superb. Clean rooms and the stat was very quiet.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. with that being said oh, maybe this is just a personal preference. If I am paying a premium price tag to stay at the Hilton I most certainly do not expect to be charged $20 per vehicle per day just to park regardless if I leave or not. From what I can see it looks like there's more than enough adequate space facilitate all parking for all the hotel guests. So maybe it just seems a bit of a microtransaction but to me that wasn't cool. Other than that the rate was actually really good, the staff was friendly and the place is beautiful. I will most certainly give credit where credit is due.
