We stay here regularly on our anniversary. Been doing it for 5 years now. The staff are extremely friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and nice. The amenities are top amazing and nothing else even comes close. We always talk about staying multiple times a year because it's that much fun. A bonus is the place is winter proof as it's connected to the mall.
Checked in at 5pm checked out around 2 the following afternoon. 250+ for the room. In the morning around 830 I had the do to disturb sign on the door handle. House keeping disregarded the Sign came into my room I was like no not right now my sons still sleeping. Had a bed bug bite me. I reached out to the manager and nothing. Offered me a 20 dollar discount on another stay. No thanks will not be returning.
Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Just upset with the service a bit. I had called for two glass cups and had to end up going to the front desk myself to get it myself. They never even tried to bring them up to my room.
It's a pretty hotel. Just dont like the elevator idea. If your hands are full you'll never make it to your floor because you have to scan your key. Love the fact that its connected to the mall
After reading all the good reviews we decided to stay here... I regret. I didn't like the location. But the worst part was the smell of the hallway and the restroom. It was unbearable. I couldn't breath as soon as the elevator door opened. It was that bad. We stayed on the east side so not sure about the other side of the building. If you are sensitive to smells this is not for you. I don't recommend this hotel sorry
