Providence Marriott Downtown

Stayed in a double queen room. The beds are super comfortable and they have a wireless and usb charging station as well to charge multiple devices at the same time which helps. Had to reserve a time for the pool area and it was nice being able to have it to myself to fully enjoy the hot tub and pool. The to go hot breakfast is about $10 per person. Comes with a water, can of juice, 2 waffles, a piece of fruit, 3 sausages and a little pastry. The front desk showed great customer service by giving the option for other types of breakfast they had available. Can request for toast, scrambled eggs and sausage as well. Overall a great and very accommodating experience for one night.

Nice clean and fresh rooms. Towels were nice and fluffy with little extra you hope for with Marriott.nThe beds were nice and plush with the pillow extra pliable.nThey have an indoor pool for the winter and an outdoor pool for the summer. Little room fridge for snacks etcnNice layout although if you smoke, make sure your near the front entrance as there is only 1 smoking section on the propert.

We booked a room so we could enjoy the pool and we weren’t told that the whole hotel is a legit construction site. We were told 3 guests can use the pool at a time per room and we were questioned at the pool about our guests and told they needed to “look into our reservation” but they had no problem with the 26 people who were jumping in and out of the pool and doing cannon balls splashing everyone. But we were questioned for laying on lounge chairs. I have no problem with children having fun but when there’s about 11 kids unattended splashing me and doing cannon balls in the pool it’s a little much. Definitely not worth the $200 a night we paid for a Tuesday

Clean, comfortable, excellent bed. Great pool area. Some amenities were not fully open due to covid but we felt that their cleaning and social distancing protocols were following all recommendations.

I had a great weekend with my friends and family, room was super nice The staff name of Eva she was awesome so helpful and very nice she made my visit feel welcome thank you EVA ❤ufe0f I appreciate you for everything....EVA THE BEST ud83eudd70ud83dude4fud83eudd1eAND ASWELL AS ANDREW VERY HARD WORKING AND QUICK CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WHERE THE BEST STAFF HERE
