Good accommodations, laundry in building too. Walking distance to Stop & Shop, and a few of the good local restaurants on North Main Street. Plus right off the R/Green busline.
The room was nice however major issue with the hotel staff, I am in town spending most of my time at hospice across the street, the hotel admitted he made an error by forgetting to hold my credit card on file, I went downstairs as requested by the staff to leave my card, I was about to go back upstairs when the gentleman says “oh I turned off your card” I asked the gentlemen if he called my cell phone bc I spend most of the day at hospice to which he replied he called my room (the room phone was not plugged in) I explained how unethical and unprofessional his actions were, he pulled his mask down smirked and apologized. Unfortunately this is the closest hotel to the hospice center so I will have to sacrifice, but I am a single woman from out of state his actions could’ve caused me harm had I NOT called to check in as I would’ve been Locked out of my room without my belongings.
The stay was absolutely boring, I came here visiting family staying for a few days. But there was no pool , no wifi., no breakfast, no fitness area.
Excellent service great staff beautiful rooms have been putting my grandmother up here for the last few months and they were kind enough To keep the room at the same low price I found it for online even went so far as to give a discount every month
There is a guy in the parking lot that listened music loud on his iPhone disturbing everyone between 1 and 4 am. The place is not safe. There is nobody in the lobby. They do not even pick up the phone. I called the police twice as I believe the guy making noise in the parking lot was high. Tomorrow, I will ask the manager to refund me for the remaining part of my reservation as I no longer feel safe in this hotel. The photo shows the guy at am listening music just below my hotel room. Worst hotel experience ever! It is impossible to sleep here. It is 4.40 am now, I have to go to work at 6am. I hate this hotel!
