CVS has customer/consumer most valuable and sensitive data and transactions who is the rightful owner and it should enable me both harvest and value. Data has become a major priority for CVS and customer/consumer data is focus on behavior to predictive analytics , store and analyze large amounts of customer/consumer data. Customer data is collected in three ways by directly asking customer , by indirectly tracking customer, and or by appending other sources of customer/consumer data.nnI interact and engage with CVS on a daily basis who interacts with sales and support departments.nnThe most important to the consumer is if CVS has captured customer/consumer data and have profit, I say, if CVS values customer/consumer privacy transparency and trust consumer engagement time and data. Majority of the CVS employees that work in this location speak Spanish. Every time I have visited this location there has been an issue with my prescription and the language barrier makes it extremely difficult to get sorted out.
