Great staff, little pricy compare to other retail stores with similar gear. Overall great store.

Went to Smithfield location on 1/29/21 around 10am. Had no stock of winter fishing gear that I could see.Nonice safety gear either.nnI spent 15 minutes looking in fishing section, but was not greeted or offered assistance as they were walking around with head down on their mobile phones. Mismanaged location. Good for clothing perhaps.

Went with a $300.00 gift certificate and the store was inadequately stocked. Although the customer service was good and the workers were helpful. We will be shopping online.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was in and out within minutes and will be going back for more football gear once sports are confirmed. Some prices are on the higher end and you can get better deals in other places but its a one stop get all kind of place.

The staff at the Lisbon Connecticut store and Warwick Rhode Island store coordinated so I could get a specific item for my mother's 85th birthday.
