Been a DASH client for several years. They have maintained my folding commuter bike, electric bike and my mountain bike. Worldclass workmanship and care. Wonderful easy to understand explanations on 'what' was done. I am grateful they care so much to help insure I enjoy a safe bicycling experience. Trusted and highly recommended.

After initially feeling a bit deflated about finding the perfect bike, since I decided to finally bite to bullet during a national bike shortage, I got real lucky and happened to find my dream bike with Dash. When I called in to inquire about availability and details of the bike I viewed in their online store, Josh was helpful, friendly and positive. All things that are super appreciated when it’s your first bike purchase .nI made the appointment with him to look, test drive, and ultimately purchased same day. Despite it being busy on my arrival I was immediately acknowledged, and helped with fitting and all my general questions.nI look forward to going back and shopping for all the fun accessories I get to purchase with having new wheels.Thanks again to Josh and Dash Crew for making this purchase comfortable and fun. Highly recommend Dash Bicycle! 1st class start to finish!nJoe was Immediately empathetic when I came in distressed. Someone attempted to steal my bike from my apartment complex, and though they succeeded in stripping it of some parts, they failed to get it out of the garage. They were probably interrupted by a resident returning to the garage, but I’ll never know. My bike is not “expensive “ but it was a big investment for me, and I was crushed when I found it dismantled and discarded in a pile in a dark corner.nJoe assessed the missing parts and gave me a very fair price to replace them. He also checked my bike for safety before returning it to ensure there was no unseen damage that could make it risky to ride.nI am so very thankful for small local businesses like Dash that take a genuine interest in improving the lives of those they come in contact with.nThey have earned a loyal customer for life!

I love them. Brought in a couple old bikes we had not taken care of. Even thought they sell and service some very fancy bikes, they made me feel very comfortable talking about what was needed and whether it was worth it ( it was). They made me feel unashamed and confident in their care. They finished the work a day early, and they feel like new!!
