Providence Bicycle

I'm generous at 2 stars. I was sold on 1 wk service time. Three weeks later still waiting. Funny thing, they had an attitude when l told them what I thought about the service. Didn't end well.

I went to the East Providence store. They got my old, beloved bike up and running -really quickly and inexpensively. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful. Thank you!!! It’s like new!

Took my bike in at the end of the day...didn't tell me to come back, but rather put it right up on the stand and fixed the gears on the spot. Reasonably priced attentive service, fast and well done. I couldn't be happier. And hanging out in their shop is a trip down bicycle memory lane.

Have a foot problem? They can coach on the best type of shoe. Need a special type of seat? They have a fitting tool for seats. They also have highly trained mechanics on staff. I have been very happy with their approach to get me on the right bike using the right equipment for my build and riding style. Here you'll find carefully selected equipment at a fair price. Nice, helpful staff, fair pricing and superb equipment. What more do you need from a bike shop?
