This was the absolute worst experience I had at a hotel and I've seen some nightmares from the woman receptionist to the GM Mohammad they have the worse bedside manner and every paying guest should be treated with respect and dignity. Unfortunately for myself and guest thus wasn't the case I have a list of complaints but I just want to keep this short and to the point I have numerous issues and if you try to call corporate office they will side with the GM so it really isn't worth the time to complain to them...the pool area was slippery and full of chlorine so much that the kids developed rashes I had to bring my daughter to the pediatrician due to the horrible outbreak there's quite a few more issues but in conclusion I will never stay at that location
It's just like a typical hotel. Nice rooms. It's clean and cared for. The pool area is big & offers a lot of fun for the kiddos. The staff is helpful and kind.

Loved their manager on duty, best desk person of a hotel. friendly and helpful.nroom was big and comfortable. had wide variety of breakfast even during pandemic.
