At check in i showed them snap pay of $65 but was charged $79 plus i couldng get my whyndom rewards for whatever reason, there name is on the hotel. I was told at checkin the pool and spa were open wich was going to feel good because I was on my harley all day. I got to the room and got a call from the front desk that they were closed and she just got here. I am wishing I went somewhere else
Room was nice and clean. Well stocked. Not giving 5 stars because elevators were out of order and key cards had to be reset several times. Otherwise our stay was quiet and pleasant.
Stayed one night in room 414 on our way home from family. Only hotels stay the entire three weeks. I have never dealt with bed bugs. After checkout, a little later in the morning I notice I was super itchy and looked like I had been bitten in several spots. The spots were blistering, itchy and felt like fire. Once we arrived home I was told was from bed bugs! Will never stay here again!
Unbelievable. Booked hotel through the website at the last minute, late at night. You'd think housekeeping would have cleaned all rooms by 11 pm, right? Got to hotel late after a long day, and crashed straight into bed. Got up in the morning, went to throw something away and.....full trashcan!! I checked the other can in the room and it also had not been emptied. I immediately became concerned that the room had not been cleaned, and here we are expecting businesses to take extra precautions on cleanliness due to the Covid pandemic! Stood around at the front desk to talk to someone but no one was to be found and I had an appointment. Super disappointed, concerned about unclean rooms during a pandemic (and really, even when we don't have a pandemic the thought is gross). Won't be staying at any Wyndham properties again during our extensive business and personal travels.
Very nice hotel with very nice, spacious rooms and excellent beds that were nice with the prefect firmness. The only suggestion I'd make is to add towel racks in the bathroom and some kind of nonslip coating to the bathtub and even if bar to assist with getting in and out of the shower/bath. The tub floor was very slippery and a possible hazard especially for the elderly.
