Had a great experience with Chris the sales guy. Provided an extremely thorough inspection, quote, and the crew handled the roof seamlessly. Great group at Durst. Prices are fair when comparing them to other companies that offer quality, and there only about 2 others in the area that Id even consider. The other 2 guys attempted to charge more but weren’t interested in giving me the time Chris did. Will continue to recommend to my friends and family.

We have a complicated roof - very steep, many angles - and it had storm damage. Durst was impressive from the start - Benny was prompt, professional & thorough. The crew was impressive, with their clean white trucks, and polite, neat, and incredibly hard-working installers - it was a very hot week in June! Paul handled our questions promptly and honestly. My first contact with Durst Roofing & Siding was after high winds damaged my roof. Chris P. arrived to assess the damage and provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I am a perfectionist, so Durst got the job after I met with Chris. Even though he was representing Durst during a spring show at the time, Chris left the show so that he could be here when my insurance adjuster arrived. I was very pleased with the outcome of the meeting and we immediately drew up a contract. The roof was installed with high quality materials and the utmost attention to detail. In addition, the roof is aesthetically pleasing. I subsequently hired Durst to replace my siding and gutters. Once again, they did an outstanding job. Chris P. was there to guide me through the process and to provide support before, during, and after the projects.nnI often hear people say that it's impossible to get good service these days. Apparently, they've never dealt with Durst Roofing & Siding. Not only did Chris offer outstanding service during the sale and completion of the projects, but he was there afterwards for any adjustments that may have been required. Chris P. is an amazing guy to work with and Durst Roofing & Siding is an amazing company to deal with. They went far above and beyond what was required. If you want the best, then Durst is for you. I had a superb experience and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. The folks at Durst are simply the best in the business.

First off they are family to me. Called to get an estimate and scheduled several appointments and never showed until I bad mouthed them on social media. Never knocked on the door to say they were there and I have security cameras that I never saw anyone on when they supposedly were there. Then I get a price that came through family verbally not on paper which the insurance co will need. If they treat family like this how are they going to treat anyone else? I will not be using them for anything EVER!!!
