Smitty's Bicycle & Locksmith Service

Not sure how they do with bike stuff but horrid customer service on the locksmith side. Dropped off a lock cylinder on a Tuesday, no timeline provided on when they would get around to it. Called Saturday and was told it was on the bench about to be worked on and could get a call to pick up lock and new keys later that day. Monday comes, we call, no one knows what we are talking about but it's there. Called another locksmith and was able to remove another lock from said vehicle and have re-keyed that same evening. Definitely would reccomend pulling a different locksmith from google before sending anyone here.

Excellent service and was able to make the key I needed that the big box stores couldn't.

Had to have a set of keys made for my Dad for our new apartment and one key was duplicated so went back and had the key remade at no charge. They even gave me the duplicate back also. Good and friendly people.
