We used to love this pharmacy- I’m not sure what happened here but the service has gone done hill terrible. They don’t call when there is a problem with prescriptions. Every time I go to pick up our prescriptions it’s something new or there is some kind of problem..... They don’t seem to care about patients anymore.... will defiantly be transferring scripts to different pharmacy.
Wish I could give a .000000001 star.nCalled today to check on my medication and was told that my prescription was ready. The issue with this is that I was prescribed one thing, and was told I had something else. Is the attention to detail that lacking? Do they need more training? Also their customer service is sub-par. The level of incompetence and rudeness at this pharmacy is astounding. Customer service is non-existance and the lack of general common sense is honestly dangerous considering they are in charge of medications for people. Walked out and will never be back.
