We purchased our Trek bikes about a year ago and can't say enough about Greg and all the time he took with us. He never made us feel rushed, has a teacher's heart in the arena of bikes and bicycling, and as newbies, treated us as if we had been riding for years! He provided great instruction on all aspects of the bicycle from wheels to shifting gears and beyond! We have had immense pleasure riding the rail trails in the state of Ohio and it's been a great investment! Greg recently helped us with a purchase of a bike rack for a hitch which has made traveling longer distances easier instead of transporting the bikes in the van, and again, he took his time explaining everything. We can't say enough about Greg's knowledge and expertise. His shop is such a throwback to earlier years when customer service was valued as much as the actual purchase. Thanks for all your help, Greg! We love our Trek bikes and the ride is everything we thought it would be and more! Buy local, Medina, and tell your families and friends about Medina Bicycle Shop! Medina Bicycle is the best! The owner Greg is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient in helping me decide on the perfect bike for me. Beyond that, he is also meticulous in making sure that everything is set up perfectly. I was very impressed and absolutely love my new Trek! Thanks Greg!
