The staff was very friendly and amazingly accommodating. The room rate was a little bit more than surrounding hotels but very worth the extra price. I was very impressed with their breakfast. Other hotels I've had to stay at during the pandemic have just given out brown paper bag grab bags, but this hotel had hot, fresh breakfast. They also had fresh made smoothie that were made with Greek yogurt. I was very very satisfied with our stay.
We drove 7 hrs and arrived at 11pm. I was asked for a confirmation number and had to find the confirmation number for clerk in my email. Hilton brands are the only hotels we stay at and never had been asked for a number before. 3 clerks at desk and 1 or 2 of them was training. I had to speak up as one of them was lost on the computer and tell them it's late and we were tired and training that late on us was not acceptable. Do it later not late at night when folks have been driving so far and are ready to get settled down, showered and asleep for another full day of driving. Other than that the room was great and we slept well.
I had a small issue, Management made it right, I was very happy with my stay.
Staff was very friendly, clean room, comfortable bed, jacuzzi tub worked great, only sad because the indoor pool was closed
