Fast excellent service! Fixed two flat tires in less than 10 minutes! Definitely going back when I need something for my bikes.

I realized I had low air in my tire a couple minutes into my ride and I was trying to beat a snow storm. I showed up a couple minutes after closing and the employees opened the door, filled my low tire, checked my front tire, and got me on my way. I’ve been in a couple of times before and got great service but this was above and beyond! I made it home a couple minutes before the snow so thank you! (Mentor location).

Really helpful and nice people. I got my bike fixed there did a great job didnt have to wait too long to get it back. Decided to buy my sons bike there because of the good experience. Very knowledgeable Matt was able to find a great bike for my son.
