Upon arrival, had to wait over 30 for the desk clerk to even show up then it took another 30 mins to get checked in. This was in addition to me making a reservation. We were in town so my son could have his official visit with the defiance college football coaches. After the visit we wanted to use the pool but all spots were taken. They said they’d let us know if somebody wasn’t using. At 9:00 nobody is at the pool. We finally get a call at 9:30. Seriously BS. Complete lack of customer service.nAfter making a complaint to Hilton. I get an apology and nothing for comps. I’ll never stay with Hilton. Again
No bag breakfast here. You order the night before and a hot breakfast is delivered to your room at a preferred time. The room is great as well. It has been so long since hot breakfasts were served. That's the part that is creating the emotion. Great room and breakfast. Win/Win!
The best part of my stay this week is that they provide room service for breakfast for free. Due to the pandemic, communal dining was discontinued in a lot of hotels and the hotels have done things differently to address the situation. Some opted to serving packed breakfast while others tried just having people pick what hot food they want and they prepare them then you just have to get them and eat in the room. This hotel went over the top and chose to have you fill out a menu the night before then they serve the breakfast in your room. I'm so impressed!
Beautiful hotel. Would definitely visit this place again.
