Excellent hotel! We stayed here after our scheduled hotel had no power this week. The staff at Aloft could not have been nicer. They warmly greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed! The breakfast in the morning was amazing! So fresh and tasty! The staff here is what makes this property a 10. They are nice, helpful and happy to have us! I am so appreciative of their kindness . Thank You!
Great hotel, super nice staff and very clean. Love the xyz bar and the bartender Alex pours a great drink. Just wish I could have stayed longer. Only thing I wish they could change is the slamming of doors.
The price online don't have nothing dealing with the real price . They charge 2 fees but one is refundable after u checkout and available a few days later. Not cool. No free food and the morning shift women r rude to children. Not coming back.. they doing too much
Absolutely ud83dudcaf a grand time. Danny at Guest is Awesome. Took care of me entire weekend. The building is great. Burtonsville Taverns connected next door. I eat and drink. Swimming in morning and just perfect
Stayed here for 3 weeks on business and I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They are warm and friendly and were very prompt with everything from shuttle rides to more coffee for my room. my breakfast was always prepared quick and was delicious. Great location, neat layout and amenities too!
