Well this place is great in my book. I always use their parking whenever I have to fly out of Cleveland. Free coffee in lobby and shuttle to the airport when paying for parking staff can be great. There one especially awesome front desk guy that I love to visit with, is very personable, and has been there for quite awhile. The room we stayed at was a 2 at best. Not the cleanest but definitely not the worst room I've stayed in. I'd say it's a fair rate if under 60 a night. I will stay here again and it's quite a safe location no worries when I park my car.
Great hotel with great rooms. Only issue was for some reason they never made clear they had canceled my reservation for no apparent reason. I was thankful that they still had a room available. Long walk from door to the elevators. Absolutely no concern for handicapped people.
Sheryl, and Myles were great! They were friendly and hospitable. We did have an issue with Joyce who was working the night shift. The toilet in our room got clogged around 5am and she did not accommodate us at all! She didn’t offer to move us to a different room and she didn’t not let the maintenance man know so we didn’t get help until 10am. Other than Joyce, our stay was great. The hotel itself is an older building so don’t expect much but the staff is sweet!
I arrived at my 4p check in time. What greeted by the person, but all she said was I’ll be right with you 3x! I finally said you’ve already said that 3x.nNext she started going over the policies and stated she needed a credit card, which is fine and all, but proceeded to put a $100 “security deposit” on the card! I stated I didn’t see where it said that on the website, she said obviously you didn’t read the fine print! I was shocked! Absolutely shocked!nThen she handed me some things to sign and it said the $100 deposit was to ensure no damage or smoking in the room! I go to the floor and the ENTIRE FLOOR smells like cigarettes! I go back down and tell the lady and she states she is going to move me to a new room. She makes a call and says it’s going to be 30 minutes. I said ok, I have to go to the store and I will get the new room when I return.nI return to get the new room and was told they were going to put some sort of smoke eater on the floor, and they do not have any other rooms because they are booked full!nTHAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! Your hotel is non-smoking and I had to give you $100 deposit to ensure I would not smoke or damage the hotel, but you can’t guarantee that I don’t have to smell smoke the entire time I stay?
Awesome staff. Nice and clean rooms. Great price. Always books though so if you want a specific room make sure you call ahead of time especially when using priceline. Because you don't always get the room you book.
