Very clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet hotel. If I could make any suggestion for improvement it would be to start recycling (at least in the guest rooms, not sure if they recycle otherwise). I had a great stay and would absolutely recommend over some nearby hotels I've stayed at which were not as clean.
I stay at this place every year and get the suite every time I have never had a problem til last year. It was during Xmas weekend I was going back into the hotel from the back parking lot and I slipped and fell on the ice. I went in and told the people at front desk and told them I was hurt and their response was “oh ok” that’s it and no one at the hotel cared i was hurt. I don’t know if I’ll ever go back there.
Booked a room for the pool got there and the pool was closed and it wasn't stated on there site nor on the booking call server, canceled the room cause the manager said it was there fault for not having it posted so I was entitled to a full refund and never received it hopefully they used it to get the pool running the only good thing about it was that the lady at the counter was really nice and she directed us to the Hyatt hotel acrossed the road that was more so connected to the crocker park plaza its self and there pool was fully operational...would love to see my $128 dollar refund that I was entitled too so they said
I would have given this hotel 5 stars. The rooms are nice and comfortable and clean and all the staff was very friendly. However, every staff member I ran into today wasn't wearing a mask (or was wearing it on their chin) including the woman cleaning rooms. That means the air inside the hotel (and your room when you check in) is potentially infected and that doesn't make me comfortable.
It’s been a blessing to be around good staff, my room was very clean. Food was amazing. An the staff was alway polite and outgoing. Very respectful to me and made my stay like I was at home with my family. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to be in a place you want to feel cared about. I alway had clean blankets and towels and the house keeping was amazing. Thank you for everything
