I would have given this hotel 4.5 stars as the check in process was great and the room was well appointed and appeared clean. I choose a Hilton hotel because of their stated policy on Covid safety measures which included 48 hours of room non use between guests. I rated it low for an issue which I experienced and reported to the front desk. My complaint was resolved, however, I ran into another issue which I did not report. In all fairness I am positive that had I made staff aware a resolution to my complete satisfaction would have been made. I would definitely stay here again!
Checked in for a night with our kids. Had to get a new room. The first room had a lash in the door way the towels had been used and the bed smelled like pee. Told the front desk and was given a new room it was nice and the room smelled like it had been cleaned. I think they just missed the room on turn over but the stay was fixed. So that's why i think 3 stars. If the first room was clean i would have gave them 5 stars
Great location surrounded by shops, restaurants and the highway to airport 10 minutes away. Not serving full breakfast because of covid which the corporate office said they were. Pool was also closed during our stay. Rooms are nice size and design with good furnishings. Bed were a little harder than I would like but not uncomfortable.
Nice clean rooms a microwave would have been a nice addition, continental breakfast could use some work ,very sparse and limited even for these times.The agents at the front desk were friendly nice and courteous, overall really good stay and the beds were comfortable.
Room was beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive.Great place to stay.
