This was the worse place for any type of room service. The regular accommodations in the room were not there. The toilet paper was empty and when I ask for some they said come to front desk and get it. I said I can wait there is no rush. 5 he's still none I called they said they didn't have anyone to bring it up. I said 5 freaking he's really. 5 minutes later I get a knock. Bad experience

Beware of this place! They offer long-term parking but if you park there you're taking a big risk. Staff there is very unprofessional and rude. I had a bad feeling when I went there and should have gone somewhere else. I paid the price. When I returned from my trip, they had stolen my catalytic converter. I strongly suspect staff was in on the job and if they didn't do it themselves, they get a kick back from whomever they are working with. Made police report out and the officer I spoke with said to stay away from this place. He told me it is a bad place and only bad things will happen if you go there.nIf Jessica is working there.... run! She is bad news. She took my confirmation copy and would not give it back when I needed to leave for airport. She should've been able to either make a copy for herself or pull it up on their computer... Worst customer service experience I've ever had....

Nothing this aas the most disgusting filthy, uninhabitable hotel i have ever seen. The front desk clerk spent more time on the phone handling personal issues while guests had to wait to be helped. Never again. Horrible. Instead of staying we drove the 2 hours back home in the middle of night. All other hotels were booked due to the republican convention why is the city not doing anything..

Worst motel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. No housekeeping service, no fresh towels at all, no wifi as far as anyone in our party could figure out (unless you tried to connect to the wifi of the next door bar) and the place was filthy and run down. In the room the bedding has cigarette burns, the phone wasn't even connected to the wall and the TV was was older than I was. The rest of the hotel was just as bad, of not worse. The exterior doors didn't lock despite having card readers so anyone could wander in. The pool walls were rusted, chipping, and scattered around the bottom, along with a lot of grit and sand. The hot tub was in the same state. The ladders in pool area had buckling and unstable steps, and I personally watched a swimmer almost fall because of it. Speaking of the pool, they don't open it until after checkout. They literally lock you out of the pool on the last day of your stay. This is absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this Travelodge unless you enjoy tetanus and horror movie themed hotels.
